Rangefinder

Recently serviced 3-lug Leica M5 in chrome finish. The rangefinder was calibrated and cleaned, lightmeter was calibrated for the modern 1.5V batteries. Shutter was cleaned and lubricated, all speeds are accurate. The body looks pretty good cosmetically. Some light wear on the top plate but definitely a lot nicer looking .....

Leica IIIg camera made in 1957, complete with Elmar 50mm f/2.8 lens. Was serviced by Will van Manen in 2024, and everything feels nice and smooth and the rangefinder is contrasty and well aligned. Very worn looking but perfectly usable Leica M4-2 made in circa 1978. The body has quite a lot of wear showing on mostly the top plate where brass is visible on the thumb rest on the back and on the vulcanite. The bottom plate seems to be replaced at some .....

This Leica M3 basically became a Leica M1. The RF patch of this M3 became so dim that focusing with it is basically impossible. A common issue on the first batches M3 and this issue can only be resolved by installing a new beamsplitter/RF mechanism. An expensive part and hard .....
